Andrea Parker (at :09)...we were supposed to go into cross examination of Alex Ellis. He apparently checked into the urgent care.....it looks like we'll be waiting until Monday to get the cross examination...
(at :33)...Terry Petry, he's an attorney with the DNR. He handles environmental litigation....really boring day, jurors falling asleep....
(at :49)....They bring up all the court orders....
(at 1:00)... Some jury questions. Why was there such a large gap in time between court orders?....
(at 1:30) Did Bundy continue filing from 99 to 2012? The answer was yes. Were the legal proceedings between Cliven and the government? Yes. The next jury question. Does the US Government ever allow grazing rights on US land? The answer is yes.
Did the land that Cliven's cattle were on permit grazing? (Answer) The land that...the Bunkerville allotment has been removed from grazing purposes.
That was huge. That was brought out by the jury, saying that initially Cliven had the rights to that land but if he was to pay all of his bills like they're saying he wouldn't be able to graze on it anyway because they've closed it down......
(at 7:27) (BLM OFFICIAL TESTIFYING ABOUT APRIL 12, 2014 STANDOFF) (Andrea Parker speaks).....He said the Wild West is gone and he had weapons.....he said the people have guns but I think one of the jury questions were that 'All cowboys carry guns so what's the problem with that?' and his answer was 'The Wild West is long gone and he was the only civilian that had weapons and everyone came around him'........
(at 7:50) 'Did you receive any written or verbal threats?' (jury question) He tried to go into a long narrative here about how other people possibly and then it was said No he said 'No'......

The section I excerpted from this video brings out the notion that if "Cliven Bundy paid his bills" as critics have argued in this forum and other places.
While Judge Navarro is allowing the jury to ask questions at this second trial, her ulterior motive according to those supporting the defendants is to find out the jury's state of mind.
If she thinks jury nullification is on the way, she is expected by supporters of the four men to declare a mistrial.
Besides rigging the jury selection with a ban on First and Second Amendment questions to prospective jurors and including jurors struck by defense lawyers, Judge Navarro has also placed candy in the courtroom for the jurors.
The trial resumes Monday.
Please clarify:
<>Is the jury posing questions while the trial is in progress?
Yes, that is what is happening in the courtroom in this trial. The jury is allowed to ask questions as the witnesses testify.
Is the next step to give a thumbs up or a thumbs down?
The on-the-fly questions are truly odd.
Thanks for the update
