His job is to articulate the Presidents position.....
A good CEO surrounds himself with different points of view, not sycophants, then makes decisions based on his judgment not others.....

Good point. How many times has “Repeal Obamacare” been uttered by lifelong republican politicians? and now they can’t seem to do it.
Regardless of this guy’s ideologies, his job is to make the President’s message come across and improve the White House’s image. He handles the press pretty well it seems. Not combative or on the defense all the time and doesn’t get flustered like Spicer.
I’m wondering if maybe his real job might be to figure out where the leaks are coming from.
