Newly appointed White House communications director Anthony Scaramucci has posted his support for stringent gun-control laws – a position that would be at odds with President Trump’s views.
“I have always been for strong gun control laws,” Scaramucci tweeted after the December 2012 shooting at the Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn., in which 20 kids were gunned down.
In August 2012, he tweeted: “We (the USA) has 5% of the world’s population but 50% of the world’s guns. Enough is enough. It is just common sense it apply more controls.”

Switched to Romney in ‘12.
Supported Walker, then Bush and ultimately Trump in 15-16.
I’ve not been too enthusiastic about some of his staff picks.
We’ll get gun control before repealing ACA.

How does that happen? he’s the communication director working for Trump.

There was a post in the afternoon from “Gateway Pundit”-Jim Hoft here on FR asserting that Scaramucci trashed the mainstream media when he appeared before them at the White House.
I haven’t watched or listened to the MSM in the USA, but I heard radio reports from CBC Radio’s “World at Six” and the BBC World Service.
CBC said Scaramucci was nice to the media and seemed to be trying to gain favor with them “blowing a kiss” at the end of his appearance before the cameras.
BBC World Service also characterized Scaramucci’s appointment as communications director as an attempt to have better relations with the media.

I supported Donald J. Trump expecting authentic conservative policies and opposition to the MSM, without the kiss ups.

That’s an understatement. I’d say most of us are about fed up with what the Hell is going on with this Administration.
Other than Sec. of State, Defense, Treasury, and the Supreme Court pick, I haven’t been too impressed.
Sessions has been a huge disappointment.
It just looks like nothing is getting done.
Another 9 to 12 months of this and it will be Speaker Polosi and Majority Leader Shummer come Jan. 2019.
There are two schools of thought on him.
He is over qualified for this job so perhaps he is gunning for a bigger position
Another relates to an issue with taxes on a company he recently sold and how this position saves him money via certain acts he can do.
This one is complicated and not sure the end result of this line of thought
That kind of statistic is only possible because of the lack of freedom everywhere else.
We should never disarm.
One more key official who does not believe in the issues that won the election for Trump. Bannon and Sessions and a few more are the only key folks who actually do believe in the issues that won the election.
