If they couldn't make more laws and endlessly expand government, they'd be out of their cushy “public service” jobs, where everyone leaves as a millionaire, no matter how they came in. The “little people” would see that all of this government and regulation was never necessary to run a country, if you just want to run it fairly.

I hear & feel your outrage. But the next election is over a year off. The fire today--for maximum effect--ought to be on the lack of logical justification for the things that Obama & the far Left have foisted on America.

That does not mean that we should not challenge the weak sisters to do their duty--to put the fear of consequences into their sphere of awareness. But the most compelling weapon is to continually demonstrate how human experience is, and always has been a better guide to a better future, than the theorizing of Academics & pseudo intellectual misfits, at war with reality.
