And the 3% of GDP rule regarding national budget deficits has exactly what to do with “free trade” in the EU or even the Euro?? (does Texas care what is Illinois’ budget deficit?, mo).
The issue was designed MERELY to entrench power in Brussels and has diddly squat to do with “free trade” or the Euro.
