Yes. The added language about the pending hearing does not prevent the Administration from going forward. It merely reiterates the fact that the matter will be heard on the merits, this fall.

Only the part of the ruling unrelated to the definition of “close family” was stayed. The Hawaii Judge’s expansion of the definition to include grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law remains in effect (meaning these additional relatives must be let in immediately from all countries).
