My best guess: A poster on another site said that fireworks went off nearby as the woman was talking to the cop in the driver’s seat.
If that’s true, the Somalian cop panicked and thought he was under fire. And so he shot the woman.
So assuming that the fireworks story is true, it leads to two questions: Should’t a trained police officer be able to tell the difference between fireworks and a gunshot?
And since when is shooting wildly a proper response to hearing a loud noise?
Bottom line: This is manslaughter, at the very least.
He is totally incompetent and needs to be fired and prosecuted. But the city will fear backlash because he’s Muslim.

...
There’s nothing in the investigator’s report released yesterday that indicates she was talking to the driver. It says she immediately appeared at the driver’s side after the loud sound. Furthermore, she was 450 feet from her home and most likely approached the squad car from behind. Noor most probably didn’t know who she was or even that she was a woman.
And why did the story about the loud noise not emerge for a couple of days? Makes it look like they were getting their excuse lined up.
This poor woman was sacrificed on the alter of Political Correctness.
how about duking when you hear a sudden noise?...that is the first human response but now, he had to endanger his partner as well as kill an innocent lady because he was so unqualified to be a cop.
Shooting wildly is a typical third world response when holding a gun.
