I had a daughter born on February 17th, 2017. When I was reviewing my insurance statement, I didn’t see where the Feds contributed. I also, still had to pay about $2,900 out of pocket.

The legislative moves defunding of Planned Parenthood should have provisions to achieve similar levels of “family planning” assistance through clinics that do not offer abortion, and it should insure counties have or help establish such clinics.

Let’s take the study at it’s word on the surface - less “family planning” assistance, and insure what mere “family planning assistance” - sans abortion - formerly supplied by Planned Parenthood has alternative facilities, and funding for them, available.
