Mayor is stupid. They didn’t have the camera on because they hadn’t stepped out of their car, so the camera would film the dashboard. And the ONE cop didn’t even see this as a “stop”, he was getting information from a witness to a possible crime.

And the other cop probably didn’t feel like making this particular attack for his God public.

Yes the mayor is stupid....because you don’t need video to determine that the cop is a nut case who should go to the gas chamber pronto.

As for his partner cop....the partner should have shot him in self defense on the grounds that Nor had gone mad and everyone was in danger of being killed.

Uh, don't you think when you are getting information from a witness, that you'd want the recording equipment on? If for nothing else,then for the cop's own protection against accusations of improper behavior. Also, audio could be reviewed later if the cop wanted to validate what he thought had transpired in the conversation.

Making excuses for obvious bad judgment on their part doesn't really help anything.
