He has no idea what "a decent plan" is, though ... and that's where he's been all over the map. All he probably knows is that it has to meet these three non-negotiable terms that Americans all seem to want in their health care plans:
1. They have to cover everyone.
2. They have to cover everything.
3. They can't cost much money.
In other words, there is no way to fix this problem because it's impossible to do all three of these things.
I would do several things:
a) Repeal OBAMACARE
b) Assure Medicare is solvent
c) Make sure only the indigent have access to medicaid
d) Allow people to buy across state lines
e) Allow people to form coops to buy medical insurance at lower rates through market competition.
