Full repeal is all that's needed. What everybody had before is a million times better than Obamacare. As far as "replace" is concerned, at the federal level: I'd like interstate competition and association health plans (with limitations...otherwise...full underwriting.
This is great news.
This is exactly what needs to happen. Exactly. Get rid of that monstrosity, and then take your time to fix what needs to be fixed.
