Killing infidels is good according to their book, but isn’t enough to get the virgins. You have to die doing it to get the virgins.

To answer your question, only a martyr in Islime goes straight to Paradise. A martyr is a mooslime practicing jihad while killing a non-believer. Then they get their 72 white raisins.
However, since all of the earth belongs to their moollah, ISlime considers itself in a perpetual war until the land has been conquered and become the House of Peace.
Because the mooslime lives in the land of war, killing a non-believer would put them in the martyr category only if they were to die from such action. This is the reason behind suicide bombers in Isreal. However, the Qurap does state no blood of a mooslime shall be spilt for the spilling of the blood of a non-believer. So this mooslime more than likely thought hey I’m a mooslime and if I kill this non-believer, nothing will happen to me I am a hero!
And one last point, the Qurap says that unless you are a martyr you go to hell until their so-called profit prostrates in front of their moollah and intercedes on their behalf. In the Hadiths, their so-called profit is said to have visited hell and the majority of its inhabitants were women because they talked back to their husbands. This begets the question on how the hell does their so called profit know which way to prostate in front of their moollah if their moollah has discernable form? Their moolah is said to have a leg and arm and hand though. I can just picture that image now!
Since the offending officer (former?) was not martyred while shooting the non-believer, their Quarap says he will go to hell until the day their so-called profit intercedes on his behalf and thus enters into Paradise. So much for two scoops!
