It’s good there were so many people there. If the Trump campaign thought there was anything wrong going on there would have been one on one meetings
The person was a contractor, not an employee.
Not that I care. This meeting wasn’t a big deal.
So many people at meeting watching Don Jr. it is hard to imagine that Don Jr. did anything wrong with all those potential witnesses.
That a well-connected high-end Russian translator would be hired by a Russian lawyer/lobbyist lawyer who claimed to have poor English language skills isn’t odd of itself.
The part about him having worked for Hillary directly is interesting. What is the evidence for that?
The real story here is who provided Trump, Jr’s emails to the NYT? How can the same people who cry havoc about Russian “hacking” of DNC emails, exploit someone else’s stolen private emails without choking on hypocrisy?
The Trump Jnr set up continues to unravel for the Dems.
Forget all the noise and drama. Let the MSM keep talking and tying the noose around their collective necks.
Let the Dems & RINOs do the same.
That’s what Trump & Bannon have been doing since Trump was elected. He’s letting these clowns hysterically shriek their nonsense because it suits him – and because it slowly destroys his opponents.
They shriek and claim that Trump is done, time and again. Then he drops some new information and watches them recoil and scatter.
Then he reveals something else. A new piece of the puzzle that he has already assembled.
He waits again. Then repeats.
Take this latest drama about Trump Jnr.
Trump & Bannon know EXACTLY what’s happened. They control the entire narrative. Consider this timeline:
1. 2015 – May 2016: DNC learn their systems compromised. Crowdstrike brought in through April 2016.
2. June 3 – Trump Jnr gets first email from Goldstone. He replies expressing interest in getting dirt on Clinton.
3. Between June 3-6 – he informs his father, probably June 4. Trump Snr sees the email and his sons reply and immediately smells a rat.
4. He asks his investigators and security people to check out everyone and everything about the emails and the people. The people coming to the meeting are checked out by Trump’s people. Does anyone seriously believe that after 35 years in NY construction, he doesn’t check strangers out? Delusional if that’s what you think.
5. They report back, saying that this is a DNC sting. Well well well, lookie here, Trump thinks. A Clinton/Obama set up. Mmmm. Opportunity.
Do we refuse or accept the meeting? We accept.
6. Trump gathers his key people and says :
i. We are being set up. The original email is obviously dodgy.
ii. I suspect Obama & Clinton are behind it. They are sure that Clinton will win and will be careless. I know this as I’ve seen this happen many times before in business.
iii. Let’s take advantage. We will have the meeting at Trump Tower on June 9th.
iv. Make sure the room is bugged. I want everything recorded.
v. Trump Jnr – you’re the foil. Be very brief on responses from now on. Go. Say nothing much, leave asap. (BTW, check out the difference between his initial emails on June 3 & from June 6).
7. Trump Jnr attends, everything is recorded. Reports back to Trump and his people start analyzing.
8. July 10. Seth Rich murdered.
9. August 2016 – Steve Bannon appointed.
10. Aug – Nov 2016 – Trump works out that the meeting is a DNC/Clinton scam, helped by Obama. Trump also learns of FISA requests by Obama.
Trump knows he has more evidence of corruption and thinks, I will use this when the time is right.
11. Nov 8. Trump wins election, administration handover starts. First whistleblowers start coming forward, including Mike Rogers of NSA. Trump starts gathering more evidence of Obama & Clinton corruption.
As is his MO, he sits on it, waiting to use it when the time is right.
12. Jan 2017. Inauguration of POTUS Trump. He immediately gains full access to all US intelligence on him, his family and associates. He also harvests a huge trove of Intel through Bannon & then Nunes.
13. Nov – today. Trump sits and watches, releasing intel when it suits him. Nothing is released by accident. Everything is planned in detail to bring down the Dems, RINOs, Obama & Clinton. Death by a thousand cuts.
The MSM are easily manipulated. Their TDS and hatred is a great weapon for Trump. He knows this.
Consider – each release about this meeting is being leaked by Trump and his people. Method? Get the media hysterical using Trump Jnr as bait, making it a story. Then reveal the DNC/Obama/Clinton scam by dropping the Fusion GPS connection, the weird VISA/Lynch/DOJ connection , the Democratic Party links to the major players – and finally, he will release the tapes & other Intel proving that this was a criminal attempt to spy on and subvert a political opponents campaign.
Note that Trump Jnr is protected. He has done nothing illegal.
And that’s just the start.
So many felonies committed by Obama, DNC, Hillary and their people, inc the MSM. So many scandals to reveal.
Trump has so many people to evaluate going forward. Who is loyal and to be protected? Who is useless and to be removed?
Who is going to jail?
They assume he’s dumb, when he’s smarter than all of them combined.
They assume he knows nothing, when he knows everything.
They forget that in Steve Bannon, Trump has a genius operator, a modern day Cromwell.
It’s strategic genius in action.
The Dems, MSM, Obama & Clinton cultists have no answer. They have never seen the like.
