This is a great settlement for the attorneys and the company.
It’s amazing to me how much revenue this ‘company’ must pull in. It’s a sad commentary on society.
Noel Biderman was CEO from 2007 to 2015. His tenure ended in the wake of the Ashley Madison data breach.

I wish there as also some way to punish them for their deceptive “MyMArriageMatters” website, which was created because TV stations refused to run ads for their site.
I think Hannity used to do ads for this site and another sleazy one- where people would pay to date someone - i cannot even remember the name of it. That is one company he should have refuse to take ads from. (I think it was something like “WhatsMyPrice.com” or something)
The “MyMArriageMAtters” was only a way to get people to go check out “AshelyMadison” because they mentioned them by name.
It has been determined that over 99.7% of the “female clients” are fake. Most female profiles that have been created have never had their messages checked.

The people who were actually single will claim the money.
Also couples where both partners were adulterous.
Prostitutes who were using the system to find Johns will take the money.
And of course, adulterers who were outed have nothing at all to lose by taking the money now. It can be a peace offering.
