I’m surprised that mclame isn’t being interviewed bedside.

Are there Senate rules that prohibit a bedside vote as long as McStain is conscious and of sound mind? Remember Ashcroft - I know he was in Article 2 rather than Article 1?? Just asking - I believe McTurtle does NOT have the votes and this is his very convenient excuse.
