Italian government officials have threatened to issue temporary EU visas to thousands of migrants in an effort to deal with Italy's escalating migrant and refugee crisis that would allow new arrivals to travel north.
In what has been described as a 'nuclear option,' Italian government officials have threatened to allow 200,000 migrants who enter the country to travel across Europe by using a Brussels directive, The Times reports.
More than 86,000 migrants have crossed the Mediterranean to Italy already this year.
Italy has been struggling to cope with a huge rise in people fleeing north Africa and hundreds of asylum seekers are now packed into overcrowded centres in small villages throughout the country which have been dubbed 'human warehouses' by locals.

No, the nuclear option is forward defense. Seize NOG ferries. Pate offshore Afrfica, and return all boats to shore under penalty of sinking. Confiscate all motorized rafts. Etc, etc.
Funny how most of Africa was once colonized by European powers. Then came the time that these colonies wanted their Independence from their “oppressive” colonists.
Now these Africans want to hide in the countries of their former masters.
Africa truly is the white man’s burden.

Tow the boats back to Africa, give passengers food and water as needed.
Upon arrival, shoot the captain for piracy, in front of crew. Sink the boat.
Departures will soon drop to zero. Its actually the most humane way to end this crisis.
Italy needs to adopt the same policies that Hungary and Poland have adopted. Close the borders or it will soon be an African country.
Send them to Germany or France or both.

The problem is that most of Europe is run by people too stupid to realize they are being invaded and conquered slowly.

Two problems. One, the ‘captains’ of the 40-foot dingies pretend to be passengers and the passengers aren’t talking, and two, the Turks/Ukrainians are providing luxury crossings at $7K/head. We’re going to have to sanction Turkey, Ukraine, Sudan, Somalia and Ghana, along with Bangladesh and Libya. Or, run a blockade of the Libyan coast.
But don’t sink the real boats. Raffle them off on $1 tickets and use the proceeds to fund the blockade.

You have a continent that has the most natural resources in the world, a favorable climate, and conditions to create and sustain a highly advanced civilization. Here are the problems:

- Corrupt, tin-pot dictators who exploit their own people.
If I was Italy, I wouldn't take any of these people in. Sink the boats. They'll get the message.
The migrant crisis is what happens when your citizens stop focusing on the family and stop having children.
