This Obamacare has been in effect too long and has been modified so damn many times that no one can successfully understand. It will have to be destroyed in pieces. The only hope is to get a start, although slow, might be the better plan. If President Trump signs the bill I trust him to have a plan. Total eliminating Obamacare in one sweep would be impossible to do without bad thing happening.
