Definitely. There is no doubt in my mind that he’s getting plenty of congratulations for resisting Trump, but he’s basically a judicial barbarian (my term). Too many judges these days get away with it, and as I noted, our elected representatives are complicit, because they want the same outcomes but are afraid to go on record. The judges are doing the dirty work, and American citizens have no recourse. We hold elections and NOTHING changes.

Yes, they have no one calling them out on what is basically malpractice.
A lot of damage will still be done in the future thanks to Obama’s judicial reform agenda.
Trump need to keep an aggressive schedule with his judicial picks, even if he knows the confirmation will drag.

This will do, but I’d prefer Trump have a press conference and say that this judge has overstepped his authority and the unlawful, politically motivated directive will not be adhered to by Homeland Security.
