First everyone needs to know that Obamacare cannot be fixed. It is in any form presented socialized medicine. Secondly, it is not healthcare but merely a health insurance policy which only specifies the terms and conditions under which access to health care are provided. One can have the best possible health insurance policy and still not get decent healthcare. The VA healthcare system is proof of this. Whatever Obamacare plan Congress finally passes will eventually prove to be VA healthcare on steroids. It will be doomed to failure because it will become mired in bureaucratic incompetence with only token accountability.
They know it will fail. It is only one step toward single payer; as will the replacement.
