I liked my pre-Obamacare health care plan but was prohibited from keeping it. I want it back. I really don’t want or need coverage for abortions or transexual surgery.

You were not prohibited from keeping it.
You could have required under the PPACA that it be continued (if your insurer continued to underwrite health coverage), but you had to specifically ask that it be continued.
As for the same premium, the PACA wasn’t clear about that, but since that would have been the reason why you’d want to keep it, I think you could have insisted.

No dental, vision unless it is for eye disease, or hearing unless it’s service connected. Many FDA approved procedures are out of pocket, and are not cheap. Both of us wear hearing aids, his are Service Disability relate, thus covered. I’m SOL.
