Also, in the good old days, if you had a Sailor that wasn’t quite “getting it” you had the anchor windlass room...He’d be a good boy after a visit to that room with his Chief.
There is a lot to be said for the “good old days.”

Bad cops (anti-constitutional behavior) were unwitting allies to the communists who have taken over.
