Again: treason can only be brought if there is a formally declared enemy, else it is merely treasonous. China was not and still is not a declared enemy, thus charges cannot be brought, despite the mountain of evidence the Senate refused to look at.

I believe since the U.S. and North Korea are only at a "Declared Cease Fire" and that the War has not 'Ended',
then those charges would be valid with the Clintons and "North Korea" ... since they assisted North Korea get the ability to launch their Nuclear Missles.
The connections can be made.
