This was another “half a loaf” move that leaves us hanging like a lot of the insane environment regs that are under review (CAFE for instance). Just great rid of it and be done with it instead leaving it out there for us to worry about.

Yeah but don’t you know, fag Presidents from Kenya know more about how the US military keeps in peak form than 241 years of combined military knowledge of every last vet there ever was in this country. You think Obama ever asked any officer how easily gays take orders? They don’t. They go into snits just like Bradley Manning did which is why they were banned from the military not because of their sexuality. Not all gays are like that, but enough where it prevents a danger which is why they were banned. I remember even as far back as Boy Scouts we had this one effeminate kid in our Troop who would always go into tantrums anytime anyone told him to do anything, he even tried to fill up our drinking water once with lake water out of revenge. Now thanks to Obama we are going to have vets stamping their feet and throwing tantrums while under fire. What’s funny is lesbians are the exact opposite. You give a lesbian an order they follow that thing to the letter.

I served under two Presidents...Nixon and Ford...both of whom had served in the Armed Forces (Navy IIRC).
Those of us who've paid attention understood early on that Barry Sorrento had complete and utter contempt for the country *and* her Armed Forces.

There is a process. First, you go to the clinic and convince your primary care physician that you believe that you are the opposite gender. Then you undergo “treatment” which consists of giving you hormones and may or may not include genital mutilation. After you have been “treated” for a while, then some committee reviews your medical history and makes the determination that your gender can be administratively changed in DEERS (Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System). Once that occurs, then you use the facilities that match your administrative gender marker in DEERS. So, if you are a man, with man parts, but you have been messing up your body with female hormones and the committee deems that you are now a woman, you then legally have to use female facilities. And if you are a woman and this physically and mentally messed-up guy comes into the locker room and changes clothes... showers... whatever... right next to you, you are supposed to pretend that he is just another woman and keep your mouth shut for fear of reprisal.
This training is mandatory for all Army Soldiers and Civilians, with the suspense date of 30 June 2017. The last few stragglers are being trained now. It is very much an “in your face” type of training—when I took it, the trainer kept saying, “We understand that people have morals, and this is not meant to undermine your morals” as if that would make it true. But the training was very much, “You will learn this policy, you will live this policy, and your personal sensibilities are irrelevant.” There was quite a bit of push-back, much of which was countered by outright lies. For example, someone wondered about young girls just out of high school going to basic training with boys pretending to be girls, and the response was that, “Oh, social change takes time. This new generation, the millennials, they are much more open to this than the older generations.” Somehow, I doubt that.
Anyways, you are not going to be able to just have your “gender marker” changed in DEERS whenever you feel like it. You have to get medical “treatment” and have the committee review your case first. They might be skeptical if you wait a few months and request your “gender marker” be changed again, and I don’t think they would believe a third request.

I work for a company that hires a LOT of people who were in the military, and a LOT of them would still be in the military if it weren’t for obama and his homo agenda that he foisted upon them.
At this point, the US military will have a serious recruiting problem. All of the quality volunteers won’t even consider them now.
