Merkel was going to be the “Belle of the Ball”!!! She was going to make ‘mincemeat” of POTUS, Donald J. Trump. Fact is, she turned out to be a complete dead ZERO!....across the board. Even though she is the “Host” of the G20 summit, no one gives one darn hoot about her!!! Those protests have destroyed what little credence she might have had. What a loser...20,000 police, and they cannot control a crowd of nutcase lunatics destroying personal and government property!!! Not much hope for Germany!!!

Wasn’t Hamburg one of the first cities to experience the fire storm caused by bombing in WW2? Guess they didn’t learn.
I wonder if she was trying to send a message of reelect her or Germany will descend into chaos. If she was, it has gone wrong. Yet, the police seem to operating with extreme restraint and cannot clear the streets with the present amount of authorized force.
BTW..these are not protests...these are riots!
