Mann has been waging lawfare against people who have rightly called him out on his deceptive practices, practices paid for with tax dollars and subject to the Freedom of Information Act.

Being a Penn State graduate, I am embarrassed because PSU has been unwilling or unable to address these issues with Michael Mann. He should NOT be there to disparage and further damage the image of Penn State.

NASA has a role in this in its continuing financial support to the university. Where is the adult supervision?
