The Awans have been building their spy ring since 2004. The GW Bush Administration is criminally negligent or complicit.

The Awans would not seem to fall under the jurisdiction of the Secret Service, except tangentially in odd hypothetical cases.

They are obviously being protected at the highest levels of Congress and by this and past Administrations.
