It’s a picture. If it was intended to humiliate Trump in any way, shape or form he will simply take a pen to paper, make some financial adjustments to the US contribution to NATO and suck CNN into another fight they won’t win.

Something “off” about this image.Yeah...it has the Reuters tag in the lower left. I am dubious that the image is authentic and un-retouched.
