WARSAW—Like many of his fellow Polish pro-government lawmakers, Dominik Tarczynski is sending a busload of constituents to Warsaw on Thursday to cheer for President Donald Trump. The buses are being provided by a foundation close to the governing party.
“It’s going to be huge—absolutely huge,” Mr. Tarczynski said of the coming welcome for Mr. Trump. “They just love him, the people in Poland—they just really love him.”
Poland is working to put on a hero’s welcome for Mr. Trump as he prepares to give a major speech to thousand of Poles in a Warsaw square. Behind that effort is a recognition across the continent that Mr. Trump has the potential to change the balance of power in Europe.
President Barack Obama formed a close bond with German Chancellor Angela Merkel and backed her liberal worldview, her acceptance of immigrants, and her support for a deeply integrated European Union. Now it is nationalist governments such as Poland’s that hope Mr. Trump will see them as ideological kindred spirits and back their push to loosen the European Union and rebalance it away from Berlin.
“There’s this new success—Trump’s visit,” Jaroslaw Kaczynski, chairman of Poland’s ruling Law and Justice party, said at a party congress over the weekend. Tweaking European officials who are nervous that Mr. Trump’s visit could deepen the divide on the continent, Mr. Kaczynski went on: “They’re envious of it!”

Trump visit to Poland should be historic. Furthremore, it will accelerate the break-up of E.U. with Poland. This is since Poland is resisting E.U. refusing to take Muslims
Eastern Europe will save the West. Funny, how those that lived under Communism have embraced the concepts of freedom and liberty, while those in the West now embrace Socialism.
The Polish people will welcome a fellow nationalist who is intent on securing borders and honoring his country’s culture and heritage. The next twenty five years will be a struggle between the globalist/no borders free migration leftists typified by the vile Obama and EU idiots and those that value their culture and country.

Exactly although I see a war between Western and Eastern Europe. It will most likely be over the islamification of Europe. Mainly Germany and Westwards.
The msm won’t be able to spin this one.
So they will either out and out lie or, more likely, simply ignore the trip all together.

I lived two years in Warsaw during the days of Solidarnosc' and martial law. Trump will be received as a hero in Warsaw just like Pope Jonh Paul II and Reagan were. The Poles are sending a message to the EU and Merkel.
Trump should go to Hungary next. Orban should invite him.

Looks to me like they referred to Trump as President Trump at the first mention of his name and Mr. Trump thereafter.
Okay, but I would prefer President Trump at every instance.
My paternal grandparents immigrated from Poland between WWI and WWII - Poland gets it.
I’ve been to some of these countries, including Russia, several times. The snap back to older norms after the fall of Soviet and Warsaw Pact communism is remarkable. Russia looked more like the description found in 19th century novels than it looked like the Soviet Union, and the change was almost instant. I was there soon enough to see Soviet rubles in the latrine holes as toilet paper. There were still Soviet rubles and there still wasn’t toilet paper. Nevertheless, the book kiosks, the Orthodox street preachers, all of it, were like Tsarist era descriptions.
I don’t claim to know what happened. My theory is that communism was NEVER truly popular in any of these countries, and that their true, native cultures went underground and hibernated, then reawakened in the thaw. As such, the authentic, natural national cultures emerging now are something like time capsules.
I would hope something similar happens in the West, if and when the suffocating, anti-human, globalist diktat of the EU and DC is ever lifted from the people.
