Having sat through a number of Court Martials I can tell you that when dealing with a jury of military officers it all comes down to just the facts. They don’t care about how you felt or how you were raised or anything. You either did it or you didn’t.

That was Pre-Obama, now you can “Identify” and feel picked on or neglected or worthy of some sort of pity.

When I served, the thought process among most of the members (who mostly had served as company commanders at one time or another) was that if his commander went to all the trouble of forcing a court martial, he is probably guilty.

But remember that most of the officers now in the military were there under Obama. Might not go as expected.
