This is their plan. They have the judiciary which they plan to use to continually usurp the Executive and Legislative branches.
The ONLY way to overcome this overt treason is for DJT to IGNORE their asses and proceed constitutionally. Otherwise, we are ruled by clowns in black robes.
I haven’t read the order but am guessing that since there are posting requirements and commenting periods to create rules, modifications need to follow the same procedures. Easy, Trump only has to say that while the rules remain for now, prosecutorial discretion means that they will put their enforcement efforts elsewhere in the meantime.
