President Trups voting commission asked all 50 states for voter names, addresses, party affiliation and voting records, part of an investigation into voter fraud by a commission he launched last month.
Officials in 10 states already announced they would not comply at all with the request. Those states are California, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, New Mexico, New York, South Dakota, Tennessee and Virginia.

29 states:
“As of noon on Saturday, the states who have refused the Commission’s demands are: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.”
All states do. Campaigns routinely buy this data. They are just being anal orifices.
I’m pretty sure ALL the states do.
Don’t know what Trump’s up to... maybe just pushing the Dems’ massive resistance into further absurdity.
Can’t someone who has the lists give it to them?
This is one of those news stories that is in its infancy, but will eventually grow to dominate the news, perhaps by going to the Supreme Court. Neither side will budge.
Rats really believe our half is as ignorant as their half, that we’re not aware of how available voting records are. On a school bond committee, we got our district’s data for the asking.
California right now...

Call Xi in China. They wiill ship it for 500 bucks.
Yep, Trump is working cleverly to keep the RATS on full tilt. The more he does, the more insane and obvious they become.
Maybe the data they sell is fake. And if they gave it to Trump’s administration they’d figure it out and there would be lawsuits.
The BIG but here is: they never include S. Security info nor actual birth dates. What is listed however, is the registrants ages at time of registration.
It was my opinion that this information is sold to many third parties, though kept under the radar for the most part!
bttt
I’m confident that my governor, Matt Bevin (R), will see to it that Kentucky provides the information that Trump’s voting commission is requesting. The KY SoS, Alison Lundergan Grimes (D), is doing what dems do best: obstructing worthwhile endeavors.
Your voting registration and record are public everywhere, not just CA.
We have open voting in VA, you don’t register by party BUT if you vote in a primary, it will be a matter of public record which party’s primary you voted in. But, then again, most states’ DMVs sell your info, too.
The federal Attorneys in Arizona, California, Connecticut,
Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Minnesota,
Mississippi, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, New York,
North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon,
Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee,
Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington and
Wisconsin have DECLARED THEMSELVES enemies of the
President and People who elected him.
Fire them, Attorney Gen. Sessions. Fire them all.
It really would be useful to have the name and address of every DemoRAT in the country in a database Trump controls. I can think of a lot of ways he could use it to help keep real Americans safer.
The US Attorney General does not possess this authority, and neither do Republican governors of these states if the SoS is an elected office.
Trump should cut off any funds he can to Kalifornia. No Republican is ever going to win anything in that state with the exception of one or two counties on the coast and inland areas. The state really should be split apart. There is something in the salt air - same on the east coast.
