FULL TITLE - Fake News: Associated Press Engulfed in CNN-Level Scandal as It Covers Up Invention of Imaginary Pruitt Meeting
The Associate) Press is at it again, pushing more fake news. Sadly, the once-great news wire service is trying to cover up its mistake—nearly the exact mistake that cost three editorial staffers at CNN their jobs in a scandal that first exploded a week ago today.
A Breitbart News investigation has led to the correction by the Associated Press–which originally resisted–of the fake news it printed as deeper questions of responsibility, accountability, and journalistic ethics consume the AP heading into Fourth of July weekend.
This time, the Associated Press invented an imaginary meeting between EPA administrator Scott Pruitt and Dow Chemical CEO Andrew Liveris, and then alleged that some kind of impropriety happened as a result.
This is exactly the same mistake CNN made a week ago, when it alleged that Anthony Scaramucci—the founder of SkyBridge Capital and an associate and ally of President Donald Trump—held “meetings” with Russian investment fund leaders and was under investigation by the Senate Intelligence Committee and Treasury Department as a result.

It just never occurs to the journalists that simply telling the truth about world events is a viable strategy. Or perhaps it isn’t viable at all.
Obviously, they know that the market isn’t there. The public doesn’t actually want “news”. There aren’t enough people out there who care about being well-informed.
Therefore, the New Business is dying and cannot be saved. Because telling lies for a living isn’t going to fly for long, and telling the truth isn’t going to sell. So, “Bye-bye”.

No, there is one more major difference: The AP is not a transporting source. Unlike CNN, which is tied into numerous sources of TV and radio outlets directly related to CNN, the AP is better used as an article builder for the liberal media. If you look at organizations like the NY Times or other liberal papers, and even major .com networks like Xfinity, they will use AP articles because they don’t want to assign their own reporters to it and they can use the AP as a scapegoat if something goes wrong like Hilary Clinton blaming the AP for misquoting her about the email scandal in 2015 and the UN calling them liars concerning the cholera cover up in Haiti in 2016.
The AP is a coop of newspapers and .coms that submit articles to the major papers and networks and it’s reporters and staff are all members of the AFL-CIO. Hence, the liberal tie in.

Journalist's thin-skinned hatred of President Trump will be their downfall - similar to their fawning butt kissing of President Obama. There's a reason 'old school' journalist standards from the past should be re-instituted. Survival. AP, CNN and MSM fools - are destroying an industry. Shame on AP... Shame on the New York Times for starting this horror.
One would think the MSM organizations would have figured out by now that they can’t put this crap over any more, or maybe the ratio of stuff that isn’t exposed to the stuff that is exposed is still sufficiently high that it is all ultimately worth it. Or maybe the CEOs of these clubs are just dense as hell.
It is, indeed, possible for a state to go bankrupt even as there is no legal mechanism for the event. The state simply does not pay its bills and continues to not pay its bills until the top officials are the only ones getting paid and all state services are in abeyance. That is bankruptcy even if not by law and chapter. The private and semiprivate companies being stiffed will start claiming assets and will be going after government and government officials. Governing will not b happening and all the government that is in existence will be government by gangs and by Shariah. At some point in the process the Federal Government would step in in some capacity.
