Sen. Claire McCaskill, (Dem-Missouri) says the Obamacare program has stashed some $9 billion tax dollars in assets in private bank accounts rather than with the federal treasury, further increasing risks and depriving taxpayers of the full benefit of that money. Take it one step further, Senator........tell us the name(s) of those on the private bank accounts.
