Yes, other cities have higher murder rates, but Chicago has the most murders. To me, that counts for more. Make a difference there, and the actual number of lives saved is the highest. It’s certainly a risky and difficult undertaking, but Trump has never shied a way from risky and difficult. Good on him for trying this.
