THAT is why he can TECHNICALLY claim, "I never was given any shares".

The 75,000 shares were in jueles energy, iirc. Which is domiciled in either belgium or netherlands.

Iow “not a russian company”, but still questionable as a bribe? payola? & still not properly disclosed.

isn’t there an annual amount you may gift, per the IRS (like $13000?).

75000 shares would be way over that unless this is a penny stock!
