U.S. Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross's video address to German Chancellor Angela Merkel's political party's business conference in Berlin was cut off on Tuesday after Ross went over his time limit, prompting conference attendees to laugh and cheer.
Ross's video feed at the Christian Democratic Union (CDU) conference was faded out after roughly 20 minutes for going over his time limit, according to Bloomberg.
Attendees then began to applaud and laugh at the move.
"That was the U.S. secretary of commerce, who had promised us a 10-minute statement," the head of CDU Economic Council Werner Bahlsen said.

GREAT IDEA! Germany and the German people are no longer allies. A friend who has family there on a temp basis tells me the gov’t AND THE PEOPLE view President Trump as a laughing stock, and so does the rest of Europe. THEIR LOSS.
Any country/people who don’t support common sense solutions to dangerous threats, and mock those of us who do, are enemies of freedom, and thus, enemies of our people.

I respectfully disagree about disintering our dead. They rest in hallowed ground. Definitely agree about withdrawing our troops.

They have no problem using us and eating up our military strength for as long as we stay (Clinton allowed them to use us during the 1990s, since he’s an ideological brother to them); that impression is what we have to put a stop to. But if we up and leave, they have no problem filling the vacuum (sorta like how Iran filled the vacuum in Iraq); the plans are already in place, and they already have their own agenda that they will feel free to push as hard as they want. We absolutely can not underestimate them.

Same here. We should pull out all military assets. Then they might wake up a little and do what they should do in defending themselves.
They’ve already been building one on the QT. They’ve absorbed parts of the Dutch, Czech and Romanian armies into the Bundeswehr, as a sort of precedent. Would not take them long; they’ve had the plans in place for decades.

Yup. Seriously, I imagine Hungary, Poland and the Czech Republic would be pleased if we moved our military with the billions in cash to spend there to their countries along with our THAAD missile defense resources.
