There will be a lot of people dressed as Confederate soldiers. As I recall there are only one or two Confederate monuments.
The North Carolina monument is located where Pickett’s men stepped of for their ill-fated charge on July 3, 1963.

........................................... There is a Big monument there on what was the Confederate side, and many memorial markers. My guess is they are after those. Why are we fighting a war that was over 150 years ago with people now who’s great grandparents mostly arrived after 1890? I guess the pay is good? If they are going to mess with the re-inactors, good luck with that, they’ll load their muskets with rock salt.
