There's that darn FREE word again

Yeah. I'm not a fan of Starbucks donating food for free. They're a business that strives to make a profit. But if they want to give their food away for free, who am I to complain? (unless I were a stockholder)

What I'm saying is that I would object to the homeless shelter paying for Starbucks food, even at a reduced cost.

I understand your position and I agree
All I’m saying is the use if the word free does not give credit to those who spend their money to purchase the product. Someone, somewhere is paying for it.

They most likely take a tax deduction...so taxpayers must make up the difference. So I am forced to work to pay for starbucks to the “poor”. What a crock.
