(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton issued the following statement in response to today’s decision by the U.S. Supreme Court concerning President Trump’s Executive Order that, among other anti-terrorist measures, temporarily restricts most travel from certain Middle East nations:
Today, in a historic decision, every Supreme Court justice agreed for now to reinstate practically all of President Trump’s executive order concerning travel. This is a major blow to anti-Trump activist judges on the lower courts. And it is a big victory for our nation’s security, President Trump, and the rule of the law. In light of today’s strong ruling, the Trump administration should consider additional steps to keep terrorists out of the United States.

I hope you are smart enough and wise enough, to realize now why it was of paramount importance to vote for Trump. SCOTUS being #1 reason among 49 more reasons.
Actually the Today Show interrupted their taped program (I’m on the west coast) with a breaking news segment.
Of course I didn’t pay any attention to their on the spot analysis but they did break in...
The best thing for the future of the US, in my humble opinion, would be if Trump has the opportunity to appoint 2-3 more Supreme Court Justices. This, and changing the make up of the liberal federal judiciary would be major accomplishments.

Celebrate!! This is a huge rebuke and slap at the 9th Circuit and that lunatic district court judge in Hawaii. Time to restructure the 9th circuit and get judges on that bench who know the law.
