I have said from the beginning, that if a Christian baker can be forced to bake a sodomite cake.
Then a black magazine should be required to run ads for the KKK.

Not good considering the Arkansas decision.

I wonder what the appeal is going to be based on -- the Thirteenth Amendment looks like a good objection at first glance, but given how the court had been endorsing political expedience (as in
Affordable Care Act) and endorsing 'current practices' (as in allowing "exigent circumstances" to stand against the mandates of the Fourth Amendment) it's quite likely losing battle:
We have years and years of forced involuntary servitude on record in our taxing laws. (Or do you think forcing employers to be uncompensated tax-collectors is strictly voluntary?) In addition, the political expedience says that the best course of action is to rule against the baker: history showing that Christians will take it if they lose, while the homosexual lobby will raise a ruckus if they lose.
*sigh* — It's too bad they don't look at the Constitution as supreme law, or value Justice, or even assert that the law should be logically consistent in as much as possible.

Short answer: The courts.

Whatever happened to,No shoes, no shirt, no service? >>I think that went the way of, "It's a free country."
When the government (at all levels) directs over 50% of the economy, and laws fill library walls, it is inevitable that the concept of what is a "public accommodation" will be vastly expanded.

Never understood how bakers were prosecuted in a state that itself did not recognize same sex marriages.

Whatever happened to,No shoes, no shirt, no service? It was taken over by the "you didn't build that" crowd.

Colorado.
This baker will sell cakes and pastries to anyone.
He will not make a customer cake for a gay couple.
He will also not make Halloween cakes or a cake for a dog’s birthday, etc.
They are indeed the best cakes on the entire planet (bar none), so I was certain the Supreme Court would take this issue.
