It’s unlikely. Ginsberg was urged to retire while Obama was POTUS. She hung on, perhaps counting on a Hillary win. At this point she’s pretty much locked in. If she retires, she’ll be reviled in perpetuity for handing the choice of her replacement over to the hated Trump.
If one of her illnesses has recurred, things change. But I haven’t heard that rumor.
In any case, we’ll soon see.
She really hasn’t been on the bench that long. Has she made any distinguishing marks during her term? Me thinks not.
