At one point, I thought that Turkey had changed in persecution of minorities. But the more I learned about Turkish History, I came to understand it has always been present.

Yannis was a Nationalist and Greek (he knew none of his Greek history). His only problem was talking about Turkish history honestly.

Even the "revered" Kemalists, practiced it.

Now under Erdogan the Islamist, it is far worse. I've read there is no "justice" in Turkey. Have come to believe that is true now.
