Two tier at best. I think there will always be private healthcare of some type for the wealthy. Unfortunately, the GOP was marching into a headwind on this due to the decreasing number of doctors per capita going forward.
Most state healthcare systems make private healthcare illegal. It’s all based on “fairness.”
