The media hates the president because he isn’t playing the DC game the way a Republican usually does. They expected him to knuckle under from the avalanche of political and even personal attacks they threw his way. Instead of acting like W and just taking their s**t President Trump is throwing it back in their faces with gusto, and he’s toying with them now.

I don’t even understand the “He lied” narrative. He never said he had tapes he said you better hope there are not tapes. That is not the same thing and any rational person that does not have TDS can clearly understand the difference.

The hard left in this country has never comprised more than about 20% of the population. Now that they have seized control of the Democrat party, academia, the media, and the press, they are the only voices heard from that side.
It’s actually a curse for the Dems, as the other 80% of the public are routinely alienated and turned off by the vitriolic tone they hear from the left. This has resulted in weakened support for Democrat candidates in general since about 2010, when they began losing races at an accelerated rate. They’re now at their weakest level since the 1920s.
I fervently hope they keep up the crazy talk. They’re doing more to elevate conservatism in America than we could ever hope to do.

President Trump never claimed he had tapes. Said tweeted that Comey should hope there aren't.
