Any little boy/girl who wishes to be the other is to be agreed with and allowed any manner of operation regardless.
Yet an adult homosexual who wishes to receive counseling to become straight cannot receive such counseling, as it is illegal to provide it.
Up is down....black is white....good is bad.....
