I tried to watch Tucker Carson last night and like every night he tried debating a left winger, this time on a Trump tweet to not allow ‘immigrants ‘(meaning legal) to get any welfare for five years.

Something that should have been an easy debate to win the lib kept claiming that ‘immigrants’ dont get any welfare now.

What should have been the easiest debate in the world Carson kept letting him shift the debate to illegals because they don't get nearly as much of our $$$ as legals do.

Debating 101 Carson: you don't let your opponent set the terms of your argument.

If he claims that immigrants cant get welfare now then keep asking him why he opposes the ideal of cutting them off,
If none of them (legals) get any welfare type benefits now and they are all doctors, lawyers, engineers and scientists as his opponent claimed then keep asking him why he opposes cutting off what he says they don't get now ?.

I had a lib here try that same argument with me here in person.

Sad that FNC has become the home of the inept.

“I tried to watch Tucker Carson last night and like every night he tried debating a left winger,...”

Tucker is not that good. He gets stuck on a little thing and misses the big picture. When he can’t get the response he wants, he makes a comment while laughing and moves on. I have tried, and he has his moments, but he is just OK.
