This is a tremendous series that I just discovered. The book looks interesting as well.

Thought for a moment you were talking about a very similarly named book that just came out about 3 weeks ago, Israel Matters: Why Christians Must Think Differently about the People and the Land.

It's by Dr. Jerry McDermott, a great Biblical scholar at Beeson Divinity School and formerly at Roanoke College.

I happened to view it on the TBN network and then at the end of the programming they offered a free gift at the CIDI website. So I went to it and found the links to programs, a fabulously illustrated book, and the free booklet offer.
