President Trump may make significant changes to White House press briefings.
The New York Times reported on Tuesday that the president is considering limiting the number of briefings to once a week.
It also alleges hes thinking about requesting reporters submit written questions to the White House in advance.
That same day Press Secretary Sean Spicer held his first on-camera briefing in more a week amid rumors he may be replaced in a staff shake up.
While Spicer did not deny a potential departure, he did confirm the office of communications is looking to fill vacancies.

Ping...
Trump “may” mandate that all eggs come pre-painted in Easter colors.
He “may” do a lot of things.
How is what he “may” do news?
???
He can do whatever he wants at press briefings...
He’s the president.......
!!!Friday Night Prime Time!!!!
Have three cages with a Trump spokesman and a media liar, selected by lottery, in each.
Seriously the media are a pathetic joke at the conferences. They don’t care about what the people want to know, or what they should know.
The media just wants to make ‘news’ that fits their most profitable narrative.
The story HarleyLady27 posted came from OAN News...They are a great source of REAL news....
Did you hear Acosta the other night...they had a ‘print out’ of the briefing, I loved it because you can go back and correct the lies the media tells, but CNN didn’t and neither did the others...
That’s the way it should be done, IMHO, keeps the lies out...
Well, yeah. “Reporting” of speculation has been seriously abused by the media.
Nah, haven’t watched since the early briefings.
The ‘massive resistance’ of the media liars to letting any information get through got boring.
Whatever the WH can do to inform us despite the media is fine with me.
“Rumors” and “reports” have replaced actual news. They’re not. They’re fantasies and fiction.
I don’t know why they want to question the president anyway. Answers are found everywhere, and if not then it’s secret and he’s not going to tell you anyway.
Just wanted you to have this one. I'm spreading it around... :)
no mystery about spicer: it’s already been announced he’s going to be promoted to take over all white house communications, at a level consistent with deputy chief of staff.
I don’t know why OANN doesn’t know that.
Might be a good idea.
