Can an illegal from South America commit a hate crime?
El Salvador is not in South America.
I’m wondering how the Times can take a side when an illegal alien kills a Muslim. Can they both become victims? Did the illegal kill the Muslim because of Trump’s proposed Muslim ban? Did the illegal alien kill out of frustration with being discriminated against because we wouldn’t allow him to break into our country and be a citizen? Was it actually an illegal alien performing an honor killing on behalf of her family?
