Maps show Raqqa is well inside Syrian borders.
This is “news” from Syria, so skepticism is advised. But then Trump has proven our own “news” media also lies.

It means North Syria (not North of Syria). Language issue.
Raqqa is a long way South of the North border(with Turkey) of Syria.
I have multiple verifications about the pilot being found safely. Some say he is back in SAA hands now.
The SDF has avoided direct assaults on the Syrian Army. Neither have previously been hostile, although SDF is turning the communities they liberate to the local government. Not to the Syrian Army (which has large elements of Iranian Militias.
